What is nutritional therapy?

I approach nutrition following naturopathic principles, backed up by the latest science and the use of functional testing where applicable. I work in cooperation with your health care provider and may approach them when necessary for further assessments.

Whole food is the centrepiece in my plan, not just as the source of energy, but a source of nutrients that the body needs to function well. What we eat impacts the body in many ways from the way we feel to the way we behave.

Chronic conditions are often a result of poor lifestyle and diet choices and can be improved or reversed by adjusting them.

 No diet fits all, therefore personalised nutrition may be the key to reach your goals.
